How can I copy a rubric for one assignment to another assignment as a teacher?

I have created a generic rubric for multiple assignments in my course. I would like to use this generic rubric for each of those assignments, but it seems like I have to manually enter all the information for that rubric into a blank template for each assignment which is quite cumbersome. Is there any way to "save" the rubric in my course so I can just add it to each assignment that it applies to? I know that there is a way for administrators to add "domain wide" rubric templates but this is a specific rubric for my class and I wouldn't want to bother my admin every time I create a new rubric template nor do I think that would be helpful to clutter up everyone's rubric options withmy class specific ones. Please let me know if there is any way to accomplish this.

Hello Josh!

When duplicating an activity, the rubric carries over to the copy. In other words, it is possible to create a template activity with a rubric in it at the course level and then duplicate the activity to allow making changes to the duplicated activity at the course level. That way, every time the activity is duplicated and edited as desired, the rubric will already be present in that activity.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions as I am always happy to help!
