I have been trying to pull this enrollment report from the buss admin app and it takes so long to load, and then it just ends up saying "There was an error running your report. Code: Error, Message: Internal server error", any idea what this means and why I am getting this error everytime now? I use to be able to pull this report just fine.
If you are encountering that error through your PowerTools custom menu tool, you will need to reach out to the author of that tool as we did not build that tool for your organization, and therefore are not familiar with its processes.
That said, if this is encountered through one of our native Buzz reports, we will need reproduction steps to investigate the behavior further.
