Remove course from Buzz library

Is there a way to make a course completely unsearchable in the Buzz library? I’m working with teachers who have bought a specific number of licenses for a course, and they don’t want someone stumbling across it in the library and making copies. I’ve experimented with a test course to see if I could make this happen, but no matter what I’ve done the test course could still found in the library from an unenrolled teacher’s account.

Here’s what I’ve looked at so far: I unmarked the “public” box in the admin section. I adjusted the settings so that the course is not included in the subscriber search index. I even went into the course settings in Brainhoney to make sure the sharing was turned off in there as well, but I can still find it when I search from the perspective of a teacher in that domain. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks!

If there is a domain subscription it will display any courses in the domain to navigate to, it won't be searchable but if a user that can use the subscription looks through all the courses manually it will be available for copy. In this situation it might be prudent to not do a domain subscription and set up the subscriptions based on need for the users in the domain. It is possible to set the setting of "Exclude target from course copy operations" on the subscription to prevent copying the entire course using the course copy tool, but they will have access to copy items from within the course using the library.

As long as a user has a subscription to an item they will be able to copy items from the course.
