Students and Teachers are getting an error message that is not allowing them to enter Buzz.
😦 This page could not be found
Sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist.
This may be the result of either:
an incorrect website address (URL)
an out-of-date link
Contact your teacher or system administrator if you continue to encounter problems.
I apologize that your users are experiencing these errors and for any frustration it might have caused. We are aware of the issue and you can find updates on it here: Performance Incident: (2023-11-14)
Can you please provide me with reproduction steps that would allow me to encounter this behavior? Also, can I please be provided with a user ID that is encountering this?Â
I am able to access domains in Buzz without encountering this message.
Apologies- the steps they are using are to enter Buzz from our SIS (School Pathways). They are running into this issue immediately at this step. Many other users are not having the issue, but students, parents, and staff have all reported this.
If this is occurring from the SIS (Pathways), then it is likely that the URL is hard-coded wrong in the SIS provider. I would recommend reaching out to School Pathways to address that behavior.
Does this make sense? Please let me know if you have any additional questions with this as I am happy to help you!Â
No problem! Could you please provide me with a screenshot of the error that includes the URL path from the browser in it? That way I can know exactly where on the site it is pointing to since the other screenshot cuts off the URL path.
If the user is coming over from an SIS and it's triggering that error, then it's likely the SIS is using the wrong Buzz URL for part of its redirect process.
Another possible cause is the device or network may need to whitelist the sites:
*.agilixbuzz.com  api.agilixbuzz.com
We are not experiencing system issues that would contribute to this.

I am also experiencing this problem.

Our team is currently experiencing this issue.
Hello Julianne!
Can you please provide me with reproduction steps that would allow me to encounter this behavior? Also, can I please be provided with a user ID that is encountering this?Â

Thank you!
Of course! This is a screenshot from a user:

We are experiencing this with multiple users but not all. One user ID is 86425352.

I understand but this is how many other users access Buzz as well and we are not having the same issue.

Thanks!Â
Here are two more:
On the other hand, when I access Buzz, this is the URL that arises:
https://pivotnb-bluemouse.agilixbuzz.com/home
Thank you for those screenshots!Â

I have confirmed that I can access Buzz directly through the following URLS without any issues: https://pivotrs-bluemouse.agilixbuzz.com/ and https://pivotnb-bluemouse.agilixbuzz.com
Thank you for your helpful details with this as I investigate!Â
