Some of the students at my school are not able to navigate through modules and are only able to take tests and access Dropbox. They can not access any of their assignments. They are receiving a grey screen with a square sad face on their modules and some are receiving the message "The Connection was Reset", and others are receiving the message "This operation has timed out", it is not due to the students taking too long on a page, as I have had them sign out and sign back in multiple times. I have also had them restart their computers. It is also not a network issue. The students have internet connection. We have been having this issue for about a week now.

Hey Sabrina, this sounds as if it is a content issue. From what I can gather, you should ask this question to Beth at your institution which she can escalate with FLVS.
