Hey Thomas:
I hope these answers are what you are looking for. If not, please don't hesitate to ask additional questions.

Ability to create, develop, manage content for online courses; Multi-user environment allowing several developers to interact and exchange tools; Searchable and adaptable learning object repository (LCMS)?

Yes, Buzz provides multiple mechanisms for content development and various rich activities. It supports multiple modalities (including online-only).

Our Digital Library allows for users from multiple schools to use the same content; as well as share with one another. The Digital Library allows for users to browse and search available content. Available content includes: content you are subscribed to (i.e., a course, a school, publisher), Khan Academy, Gooru Learning, etc. You can search the available content by: text search, domain, course, collection, objective, collection meta-data (i.e., subject, grade level), etc.

Does your system offer multi tenancy?

Our system is multi-tenant. This means that a single Buzz user could be enrolled in multiple courses across different schools. This also allows for course/content sharing from one school or publisher to another.

Do you have the ability to message centrally?

There are several ways to handle communication. Teachers and administrators can publish announcements (one-way communication). Teachers can email their students and students to teachers (sent to the users personal email provider). There are also collaborative tools (Discussions, Blogs, Wikis) that can be included in courses.

Additionally, on our short-term roadmap, users will be able to handle all of their messaging (email-like) within the tool. Currently, this is handled through external email providers.

Happy learning,
Brad
