Student Survey

I am trying to set up a survey as an assignment.  I want the students to only be able to take it once.  I see the parameter settings on the Survey portion of the assignment in the curriculum map.  I am unsure of what the settings should be to limit the survey one per student.

Thanks

The Survey activity type allows you to pass values to an external survey provider (i.e., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics). For example, you can pass user/course/domain identifiers so that the external tool can know (if configured) who is taking the survey.

Buzz does not house the survey or the settings of the survey. If you wanted to limit the survey to be taken only once, then that would have to be forced by the survey provider.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks Brad, I figured it was something like that.  I didn't know if there was a way to limit the number of times a student hits the TAKE SURVEY button.  I understand why you wouldn't want to do that (if the external site glitches then Buzz wouldn't know and then not let the student recover) but thought I would check.

Appreciate the response!
