How does score mapping work? I've played around a bit and it seems useful, but constricted. I can get the mapping to work and show my students a AP style correlation number, but I've had to manually do a percent to point conversion. That then makes saving the scale useless for other activities.
Can score mapping be based on percentage instead of points (so the same map can be used for multiple assessments?)
Also, is mapping only available for "Assessments"?

Hey Joseph, I hope you are having a good Friday.
Score mapping allows you to display various performance levels to a student depending upon their performance on an assessment. For example, your score mapping could be "Grade level" while another is "Proficiency." Each one could have its own scale (i.e., 7-8 equals "Seventh Grade" for Grade level, 7-9 equals "Meets expectations" for Proficiency).
I have made a note for our ongoing course authoring improvements to allow score mapping to be created by percentage or points. I agree with you that this is needed.
Also, this is currently available only for assessments. Likewise, I have noted for a request for it to be for all gradable activities.
