Students and teacher are getting an Unable to Navigate Error Message.
It says "Opps! THings are taking a little longer than normal". But user are still not able to navigate.
Could you please provide a user ID and time that the user received that message and what time zone it was in? Additionally, are the users, as of now, continuing to encounter that message after refreshing their page in Buzz?
In general, their screenshot means the interactions they are performing in Buzz are taking a little longer than expected to process. The user will need to wait a little longer and try again.
This reported behavior impacted a small number of users and was brief in nature. Please let us know if the behavior is ongoing with those same users and if so, provide details that Allison previously requested to investigate.
