Students not able to submit work in Buzz or unable to start tests

Students are trying to submit work and they are getting error message, they spend a very long time completing a very long test, only to encounter an error when trying to submit or save, students also not able to start tests getting error message unable to start

Hi Norma,

We have identified that some of the changes made in today's latest release of Buzz have created performance issues that can cause users to encounter error messages within Buzz. Our teams are working diligently to revert the changes and resolve this behavior as quickly as possible. I recommend clicking the "Follow" button on our Performance Incident: (2023-09-28) Support Announcement to be notified when the behavior has been resolved.
