The integration of Turnitin into Buzz has stopped working. This has resulted in an error message when creating new Turnitin boxes, as well as teachers not being able to access already created boxes. We are utilizing Turnitin V1.1 and recently updated to Turnitin V1.3. The system was working until about 2 weeks ago. We contacted Turnitin, and they advised us to contact Buzz, as they believe the issue may be on the Buzz end.
Could you please provide reproduction steps that will allow me to replicate the reported behavior? Could I also please be provided with a screenshot of the error encountered?
