Without a course ID, activity ID, and a screenshot of where the error occurs, it's difficult to know the cause. Are you able to provide those details for an activity where this occurs?
If not, I recommend contacting your online education institution directly for them to address the reported behavior. The authorized support contact at your online education institution is also welcome to escalate a ticket to Agilix Support, where our team will be more than happy to assist in resolving the matter.
We had an uptick in tickets in our organization for this error, so I'll tell you what happened with us just in case it may be helpful for you, Vivian.
For us, it was largely due to Safari specifically, as their privacy settings were restricting the LTI content we were using in our courses. Specifically, the "cross-site tracking" settings. Other browsers often have this setting too, but not on by default the way Safari did. We had to instruct our users to go in the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy and then unselect “Prevent cross-site tracking.” Once our users did that, they were no longer seeing that error message. The same setting for iOS device version of Safari was also affected.
