Hello,
I am attempting to request an exam (through a third-party integration with Examity) in Buzz, and I am blocked by the error message: "An untaken exam request with Examity already exists: [my exam name]. Complete the exam before requesting the next one." However, the previous exam it refers to I have already taken (in fact my grade has already been posted and I have no further access). I have been in contact with Examity, who indicated that the problem was in the LMS.
I have already cleared my cache, attempted a different browser, cleared cookies, restarted the browser, etc.
How can I resolve this issue? Thank you in advance for your help.
I would recommend reaching out to your online education institution to address this reported behavior. Alternatively, we can help your online education institution to become aware and reach out to address your concerns if you could please provide us with your user ID so we can identify your online education institution and seek out additional support options for you? The easiest way to find this would be for you to click on your user profile in Buzz > click on About. We only need the numerical value in the User field.
