It says my username is wrong and so is pw...BUt, I'm using the same I use that I use for ivirtual and still saying wrong...

I am sorry to hear that. That is frustrating! 

Have you attempted to use the Forgot Password option to reset your password on your school's login page? If you do that, please know that it is possible the email to reset your password may be located in your mail client's Junk folder.
