Does anyone know how long a student has to be in a lesson/activity/assignment for the activity log to show at least 1 minute? If a student looks at my flashcards for 45 seconds does that still show up as 0 minutes? But if they look at them for 1 minute and 20 seconds will it then show a minute?
In Buzz, student activity is recorded when a student user navigates to the activity, navigates away from the activity, and when the browser is closed. For example, if a student user navigates to the activity, Buzz may only record a few seconds of time, but will record the rest of the time after the student navigates away from the activity or closes the browser. So it is not a matter of how long before activity is recorded, it is a matter of how long the student spends on the activity after navigating to it and when the interactions (stated above) occur by the student user for additional time to be recorded in Buzz.
