Is there a setting to automatically notify a student when they receive a certain score (say, below passing)? If so, where would the student see this notification? Right now I'm directing students to the grade book, but it would be handy if they got some sort of alert.
Currently, students can navigate to their user settings page and use the "Notifications preferences" card to configure a notifications email or mobile number. Towards the bottom of that card, students can choose to receive a notification whenever they receive a score or feedback on any of their course activities. Unfortunately, we do not currently have an option for students to only receive notifications for activities that receive a score below passing. Your feedback will be taken into consideration for future updates to Buzz, and we thank you for being part of our community.
@... Thanks for the reply. Student-initiated notifications are great if they opt in, but I am thinking more along the lines of a teacher-initiated (or even better, automated) notification that shows in Buzz on the landing page upon login.
