Unable to scroll in the notes section of buzz

Hello, I'm experiencing issues with scrolling in the Buzz Note section. I can see I have notes, and when I try to scroll down to see older notes, I am unable to.
Performance issue/ Buzz wont load or is so slow it times outs

End users are experiencing performance issues. When logging into Buzz it takes forever to load in. When you do get in there is just a white page. Nothing loads. Is any one else having these issues?
