I moved one of our students to a new matching course (same grade and subject), and none of the grades transferred. Is there a way to see grades from previous courses for students?

I have a parent using a tablet and sometimes the page is blank.  Is this because they are using a tablet? Does FV work better with computers?  Thanks!
