Can I share a screen recording of what is happening with you?

    Here, the toolbar does not show up at all.  

Can you see where the toolbar shows up? Bottom left. and I can not access the rest of it.

Now i see that the tool bar is appearing, but so far off the screen, I can't see the bottom portion of it.

PS: I use shift-windows-s keyboard shortcut to screenshot.    

Brian, it seems as though, maybe, when there is already feedback typed or given in the "Messages" area, and I then paste the screenshot in, the image editor toolbar does not appear.   When that "me...
