The new template placement makes grading take much longer and is lowering my productivity which is rather frustrating. Additionally, clicking the bubble also prompts the box to open up OVER the ass...

I agree this is exactly what I came here to comment on. Clicking the bubble also prompts the box to open up OVER the assignment making it more difficult to grade.
