Ours went down for a few minutes as well. I was in the middle of submitting a ticket and the site finally loaded.

 We would like to capture a student's target end date in our SIS. Is there a DLAP command that we can use to pull this information for an individual enrollment? Thanks

How about the ability to organize templates in folders? You could create a folder for each type of assignment if you wanted to, or perhaps folders for positive, neutral and negative feedback. Or a ...
