We would also like to see this option.  We tried using the clipboard to make groups then post announcements, but still could only message the groups or announce to the course.

Bulk giving retries allows us to give retries on All, All Unscored, and All Scored .   We would love to be able to give bulk retries on All with score below ____ % so that we can we do this in bulk...
