Thanks for clarifying. As a teacher, they can view the grade details and navigate directly to that item, students cannot. I will make a note for this.

Jeremy, sorry for the long wait. Our developers have identified what needs to occur with the code to handle better "#" in URLs. The best practice is not to use it, but we do anticipate on improving...

Not yet. We do have some revamped authoring documentation coming which would handle this.
