No, Susan, there is not any way to limit the amount of choices the user can select. For multiple answer questions, it is limited by how many options are listed.

We do support Safari and Chrome on an iOS device. However, we do have a minimum screen width of 1024px, meaning that it should work well on an iPad but not optimized for an iPhone/iPod.
