There is a known performance issue with Safari that impacts Buzz. It causes text boxes to perform slowly and may even appear unresponsive. Alternatively, we recommend using Google Chrome, if possible.

Hey Terry, as an admin: Open the Admin app. Select the Users tool from the main menu. Find the user you want to change the password. Select Change Password from the toolbar.
