Hello Heather: What type of content did the student upload? Is the uploaded content seen by proxying as the student and navigate to the activity?

Hey Amy: There isn't a good way to do this at this time other than what has already been suggested.  Not ideal, you could possibly use a non-gradable assessment with a Multiple Answer type question...
