The button that is supposed to be there so that my daughter can contact her teacher is not there. I don't know what I am supposed to do to help her with this. I call the 800 number and nobody answers. She is very frustrated.
Have you been able to get in contact with the school? I understand this can be frustrating. Are you able to locate and use any contact information from previous communications with the school or from the school website?
If not, could you provide me with your daughter's user ID? This numerical value can be found by clicking on the user's profile picture and selecting "About" from the dropdown menu. Their user ID will be the nine numbers in parenthesis by their username. If you could provide me with that value, I can help you get in contact with your daughter's school.
