When assessment themes first went live, background images were tiled by default, which was awesome—it allowed the use of smaller image files, which gave students who live in areas with limited internet speeds a better beautified experience.

Now it appears that assessment themes are filling the background with the images—I get it, necessary if you aren't using tileable images. But it would be really nice for that to be an option in the setup—background image tiled or fill. That would make small images feasible again, which improves accessibility for some students.
