I am the IT Specialist at Unity School District and some of our students are unable to watch embedded YouTube videos. What is the best way to allow these?
Are the students encountering an error when they attempt to watch the embedded YouTube videos? Could you provide the enrollment ID of a student experiencing this unexpected behavior along with the activity ID? If you also have an enrollment ID of a student that does not encounter this behavior, that would be appreciated.
