We originally had a section set as Continuous instead of Range, however after swapping over we are not seeing due dates adjust to the new selections.
Is there any way to manually adjust these settings?

Good question. If you are converting a continuous course to a range type course, you will need to set the desired due dates on the activities through the activity editor.
