Hello, one of our users keeps losing their admin permissions. I have given them the role multiple times but their account keeps reverting to having the teacher role. So far I have only heard of tis happening to one user.
Is it possible that there is a setting or automation tool somewhere that periodically rese6st a users roles? If so where can I find the documentation for such asetting/tool? That is just a guess though, so, if you have a better idea about what is causing the issue please let me know.
We also have a SIS 'bridge' with Buzz through School Pathways. Could that be causing this issue?
