Thank you for your question. Generally, users with access to the Admin App can proxy as students, or they can enroll their own user as a student in the course. However, that shouldn't be necessary to see how content is presented to students. You should be able to navigate to the course's activity list and select an activity to preview it. This will allow you to view it as a student would without the need to proxy or enroll as a student.
