Buzz: Product Feedback

Hi, just spent some time working with my PLC team updating our feedback templates in assignments. We were sad to see we can't create or use our existing templates for the messages in our inbox. It would be nice if I could have access to the templates because their messages can often be answered with one of the templates I already have in the assignments-- or if I could just create templates in messaging that would be great too.
