Can someone guide our team as to the preferred or optimal image resolution for the graphic matching and graphic multiple answer (hot spot) questions? Our publishing company needs to be able to set up questions for best resolution on mobile devices through typical computer screens. (Maximum and minimum as well as optimal would be great in terms of answers here)

There is no recommended resolution for question graphic images. Question authors should be made aware if this. Similarly, any other image resource uploaded to Buzz, if you upload a large image file, could take a while for the browser to download and render the image.
If the image is quite wide, Buzz will proportionally resize the image based upon browser width, and rescale the hot spot or drop areas accordingly.
If images are not scaling as desired, it may require editing the image till it looks as desired within Buzz.
