The user activity reports need to have the "Local ID" added to them. Most SMS use their student ID to allow for data importing. We have to export student activity and report instructional minutes to Arizona. We export this data from Buzz and then have to manually add the SMS student ID to the export so we can import the minutes into our SMS. Can the local ID be added to the reports? Is there another way to export user activity that could be configured to include the local ID?
When viewing a user or an enrollment in Buzz you can supply your "Local ID" into the "External ID" field. This way, for many of our reports, the value you entered into the "External ID" field will translate over to the "Reference" or "External ID" columns of the report.
