All of our students log into Buzz through their SIS portal. Usually this works fine but one when one student tries to login through the School Pathways SIS they are stuck on screen with a message saying 'loading Buzz'. They have tried different browsers, different networks and clearing their cache but they still can't log in.
The weird thing though is that when I log in into their student portal on School Pathways I am able to log into their Buzz account.
Does anyone know what might be going on here? Thanks
