Due Dates

I work for an independent study school. We have students work on 2 courses at a time over a 3 week period. They are assigned all courses at once. We utilize BrightThinker and use a continuous enrollment and can have multiple students in one teachers course at different times and on different pacing. How can we create a due date for individual student coursework? Currently the course automatically populates a due date based on the range entered into the course details. However I need to be able to create individual due dates so students know how many lessons or assignments must be completed daily. Is there a way to do this in BUZZ.

Good afternoon, Sandra!

In Buzz, Range type courses do support the ability to set specific due dates for activities, which makes it easier to create a clear daily pacing plan for each student. This is helpful when you want students to see exactly what needs to be completed and when.

However, in Continuous type courses, Buzz doesn't support assigning individual due dates in the same way. Continuous courses are designed for open-ended pacing, so due dates are automatically calculated based on each student’s enrollment start and end dates. This means the system generates a general schedule, but not individualized, manually-set due dates per activity.
