Instructor issue with Gradebook

I am a Bookshark customer. My student is submitting work images for grading, the images display correctly prior to submission. After submission nothing ever shows up in my Grade Book to grade. I need to finishing documenting to close out the year. Your help in addressing this issue would be appreciated. I also contacted Bookshark yesterday when I became aware of the issue. I have not heard back from them yet.
