Could Cosmos add a attachment pop-up window much like they have in email?
My school often has students submit 2 items, like a video and a script, but many times the students only submit one thing. You could toggle on and off this pop-up, & the default message would say "have you attached your file?", but could be edited to say something like "have you attached your presentation and audio file?"
