I have created many groups in the feedback templates that appear as folders on my right side. When I am grading, these feedback groups/folders appear on the right side. My issue is half of them are closed and I see the title only and the other half are open and I see the title of the groups in that folder and the titles of each template ( like a subfolder) . I have a lot of these, so it is inconvenent to scroll, scrolll down past them. I can close them, but I am looking for a way they remain close when I log in, that way I can choose which group/folder I want to see.
Additionally , I know I can click on them to open and expand them, or to condense them. I would really like it if they all stay condensed and closed when I log in.
The course ID is a unique value that only users in your organization have access to. Since this is a public site, we do not share email addresses. However, if you feel uncomfortable about sharing the course ID here, you may reach out to your organization's authorized support representative to submit a ticket to Agilix Support.
