Why did you not say this earlier? Thank you for working on it, but you guys need to let people know. I think you need to change your policy of not commenting on future upgrades when it deals with problems. It is much better to let the users know you are listening and are trying to fix the problem. As a company that depends on your customer's satisfaction, it is in your best interest to be open and let them know you are working on the issue. Thanks again for working on it. I now feel much better about Agilix because of your post.
