Could you create a cross between an observer and a teacher to use for Special Ed Teachers? The idea would be to assign a teacher to a student, the way an observer is, but their permissions would be like a teacher, with the ability to grade and excuse assignments, without being able to see the rest of the students in course. (potential COPPA concerns with remote contractor teaching assistants)
