Feature idea (LEVEL 1)
Is there anyone who has found a successful way to use the Choice Folder activities feature? We have had several teachers try but all end up giving up because it is too confusing for students and teachers - the grading piece especially. We'd love to know if anyone has figure out how to use them successfully.

No, I also have not been able to make them work. I took them out of my class.
I am using them in a very limited way as "extra credit" opportunities for students to choose within each unit. I agree that it's hard for everyone to remember where to find them and grade them, but it's working ok for me otherwise. I hope this feature continues to improve -- it's a great idea.
Wondering if there have been any changes planned for the Choice activities? We can certainly see that Extra Credit is a possible use because students wanting the extra credit will be sure to make a Choice. For regular assignments/assessments though, we have the following issues: 1) The Choice assignment/assessment doesn't appear on the pace chart or student's To Do list as a reminder to make the choice. 2) Even after students make a choice, there is no column for the choice in the teacher's "spreadsheet view" of the gradebook. We know that teachers can use the For Me tab to see this but it's easy to miss that some students haven't made a choice - and so these students still have items to be completed that are easy to miss when teachers do progress or final checks from that that spreadsheet gradebook view.
