Buzz: Product Feedback

 In the teacher feedback area for individual student submissions, I can change font sizes, make sections bold/underlined, add colors etc.  But as a world language instructor, I would like to see the ability to add in accents and other punctuation (including the ~ or upside down question mark) there while typing. Students are given that alternate keyboard option when submitting assignments and typing in answers in their work.  I would like to see that same feature be added to the teacher feedback area.  Thank you!
