Can you explain why when I create an objective role which has all the same permissions as a my Domain Administrator they are different. The only permissions that neither of them have is to create/delete domains.
Once the role was created and assigned to someone they were not able to change permissions of anyone else. I do not understand that since they have the same permissions as my Administrator plus the permissions to Read and Edit Objectives...so nothing was taken away just added. Does doing this change their ability to function as my Domain Administrator?

One thing to verify with your new permission set is if the legacy section permission rights were granted to the role. Depending on when your other permission sets were created they may have section permissions that are not surfaced in Buzz (due to sections being depreciated years ago). It is likely that either the new permission set will need to add those rights or the other permission sets should be updated to revoke the section permissions.
If section rights aren't at play more investigation would be required which would necessitate this request being pushed up to your authorized support contact.
