How does one teacher share her grading templates with another? Is there a simple way to do it?

Hello Kelly,

I'm not 100% certain, but I think you're talking about grading rubrics? At this time grading rubrics can be created as a template at the domain level for multiple teachers to use, or the other option is to grant access to the other teacher to copy the assignment with the rubric to share the rubric. At this time there is not an option to just share the rubric as an export to another teacher.

Yes, I was talking about rubrics.

The other issue is: I have Teacher A and Teacher B as the owners of a single course. Teacher A will create a grading rubric for a particular assignment, but when Teacher B goes to grade the same assignment, the rubric that Teacher A created is not there. Why would the rubric not be available? It's the same course, same student, same assignment.

The rubric should be visible regardless of who created the rubric for the assignment provided they are looking in the same course at the same item. If the rubric is edited while the other teacher is in the gradebook then the other teacher will need to refresh their page so that they can get the updated settings for the item. That is the only case I can think of off hand that would cause the disparity.

If the issue is still occurring please work with your authorized support contact to troubleshoot further.
