As of March 13, 2025 when anyone adds content using LTI 1.3 Deep Linking by adding a new activity we get the confirmation saying that the items were imported successfully but when we close the confirmation screen none of the content has been added. You can see a recording of the issue here: https://vimeo.com/1065523283/0ec2afeda5?ts=0&share=copy
When watching your video, I noticed that in the course Editor, the top toolbar shows that you are using the "2024-2025 Full Year" school period. However, the items you brought over aren’t automatically assigned to the school's grading period. To view them, simply change the school year filter in the top toolbar to "All periods." Once you do that, you can go into the activity settings and assign each activity to the correct school period.
If you create folders in the course and align the root folder to the current domain grading period, any activities you add inside those folders should automatically inherit the grading period. This works because the course setting "Inherit activity grading period from top-most folder" is enabled, ensuring that new activities are assigned the correct grading period automatically.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
