Thank you for your question. Yes, if a student's enrollment is marked as "inactive," you can change it back to "active" at any time, allowing the student to resume access as needed.
Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks!
I have an additional question I’m hoping you can help me with. My Domain Activity report currently shows 194 active users, but I have over 1,000 accounts listed as "active" in our system. I need a report that identifies users who have not shown any activity from the start of our account up to September 1, 2023.
Our goal is to update account statuses so that only users active since September 1, 2023, retain "active" status; all others should be marked as "inactive."
Could you assist with generating this report or guide me on how best to achieve this?
Thank you for your additional question. While there is not a single, comprehensive report that directly provides the information that you are looking for, you can work around this by using a combination of the "Domain User Activity" and "User Export" reports to achieve your goal. Here is how you could go about it:
Generate the "Domain User Activity" Report:
This report can display login and logout times for individual users within a specified date range.
Set the report parameters to cover the period from the start of your account up to September 1, 2023.
By reviewing this report, you can identify users who have shown activity within this timeframe. Users who do not appear on this report may not have logged in during this period.
Run the "User Export" Report:
This report provides the current status of each user (active/inactive).
Cross-reference this report with the "Domain User Activity" data to identify users listed as "active" but who have not logged in during the specified timeframe.
Once you have cross-referenced these two reports, you should have a list of users who are currently marked as "active" but have not shown any activity from the start of your account up to September 1, 2023. You can then update their statuses accordingly to ensure only users active since September 1, 2023, remain marked as "active."
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out. Thanks!
