Good morning Stephanie,

Great question. There are multiple reports that may be helpful to you in the User Activity tab of the Reports section in Buzz (see below screenshot).

May I ask what specific information you are interested in obtaining (i.e. login and logout times for users, etc.)? This will help me to give you a more specific recommendation.

Hi Allison,

Thank you for your response. I'm looking specifically for User Activity in general, for example, how often are teachers using Buzz in their classrooms. I would like to note that I followed the steps and it appears that I get a blank CSV file. I've attempted other Domains, but again no activity is downloaded which seems odd. I appreciate your continued help with this.

Hi Stephanie,

I apologize that you are getting a blank CSV file--that is frustrating!

If you would like, I am happy to look into this further. I would just need the user ID or domain ID that you are attempting to run the report on.

Thanks again, Allison for your support. I am looking to generate user activity reports for the following domains. Please let me know if you need additional information.

Hi Stephanie!

I am happy to help.

After investigating this, I found that the reason you are getting CSV files with no user information when running a Domain User Activity report on those domains is because there are no users housed in either of those domains (152899260 and 152899410). That report will only return information when run on domains that have users housed within.

Hmmm...interesting! I will look into this and see if I can locate the correct domain. I appreciate your support with this!
