Having trouble loading and submitting assessments on iPads with updated software. Any solutions to this?
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are already aware of some performance issues concerning iPads and our Developers are investigating a resolution at this time.
Thank you for the response. Is there any timeline as to when these issues will be fixed? I have used BrainHoney in the past with no problem but was told to switch to Buzz since that is the newer version and nothing seems to be working well on the iPads while using Buzz.
There are some improvements slated for this week's update (on Thursday) that should improve the performance of Buzz on iPads. Thank you for checking in again.
